App showing 75 days instead of 120 for booking window for platinum cruiser

We are platinum with DCL and have been for awhile. We have b2b cruises on the Dream coming up in December but we just noticed that the app is saying our activities booking opens up at 75 days instead of 120. We've confirmed our CC numbers are on the reservation. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what you did to resolve. We're contacting DCL and our TA but if someone has a "tried and true" method to fix that would be great :)

Idk for sure but I wonder if it has to do with PIF dates? Maybe until you pay in full your booking window won’t be greater than 75 days especially if that is when final payment is due for all sailing?
 
Did you just book? I had that happen with the last cruise I booked. It fixed itself within a couple days.

We booked a few months ago. I did just make final payment today ahead of schedule so I will give it a couple of days and see if that changes anything.
 

We had our cruise show as paid in full but somehow didn’t connect to our silver status. So when our window opened to book it wouldn’t allow us to book anything. We had to wait until DCL was open the next morning to fix the problem. We missed out on booking tastings we want. I would call them to resolve the issue - I wish we had. Okay
