App - can't log in

DH and me both downloaded it - planning on using the same login (acct created online when booking hotel). Will same login be an issue?. Just keeps spinning. No error message. Would like to make some restaurant reservations.

The hotel login would be for Loew's. The Universal app login is different. You will need to create an account for it. Using the same login should be fine. My family does this between 3 phones.
