App and Ticke Question

We have multiple tickets per person attached to the app for Maxpass. Do old tickets fall off of the app once used? I see an option to delete, but it says that you must call to delete. Does anyone have experience with this scenario?

It's been a while, but I thought the tickets deleted themselves from our app once the days were fully used. This was over a year ago, but we had guests' tickets on our phones with MP. After their visit, DH went to delete the tickets from our apps and found that the tickets were already gone.
ETA: Just remembered that I had 2 Bring-A-Friend tickets on my app from a month ago. Checked this morning and both tickets deleted themselves. Don't know exactly when, but I know that I didn't delete them myself.

My tickets (and my AP) have always deleted themselves once they've been fully used/expire.
 
Thanks to everyone for the information. I have a 5 day PH ticket and 1 day Non-PH ticket and it will make it easier to select MP’s if the 1 day is deleted after our first day of use.
