I agree I do think therapy/counseling could help and I will go to county services if I can't find any other solutions. True I need to see how their services are and sometimes I get scared dealing with mental health professionals. Thank you for the well wishes and hugs
I don't know where you live, but where I live, the same counselors who work for county services also have their own private practices. So, you'd be getting the same counselor either way. It won't hurt to give them a try. There's a little more red tape, and having to deal with more stressed/harassed receptionists at a county place, but the counseling is just as good.
I told you I'm dealing with my own depression right now. My family doctor is the one managing my meds, but I have the most wonderful counselor. The meds help me feel better, but she's the one who helps me look at things in such a different light. I couldn't do it without her.
Good luck.
