API help- Thomson

Not a florida question, but sure someone on here can help me We are flying in and out of Tenerife with different companies... No problems out with TC but Thomson won't let me add my API for some reason? Any ideas?

Perhaps you do it at check-in with them? We flew with Ryanair last year and that's how it worked with them.

Hi we leave in 11 days . We had difficulties when adding our Api. It wouldn't save , we entered it 6 times - I then took all our details( we booked flight only as DVC ) and went into our local shop. They tried but couldn't get it to save . I ended up leaving them to it. The manageress phoned head office - apparently it's a bug in the system. I was phoned a week later saying that it was done. I checked in yesterday and saw the Api details phew! I would go into a shop and get them to sort it!

I've just tried to do API and check in for our flights this Friday and the website won't let me - says check in will be completed at bagdrop. However what is now worrying me is when I looked at the website to see what price the flights were now showing it says they don't fly to Sanford from Manchester on that day - what!
