APH rates

Have the APH rates been cheaper the closer you get to your travel dates? I know that they have pulled the rates to only re-release them closer to your dates. I am just wondering if i need to keep watching the rates for Oct. ( slim chance i know, but i figure it never hurts to ask )

Definitely keep looking!!

For our past 3 stays 8/04, 12/04 and 7/05 - aph rates were lowered again about a month before our trip. Our December trip was unplanned, but they announced a pre-Christmas deal at RPR for $119.00 + free parking, so we decided what the heck.

This rate came out late November (I think right after Thanksgiving) for the period between Thanksgiving and December 24th. So, it was announced right before it went into effect.

So definitely keep checking rates and keep checking the AP webpage. If history proves correct, you have at least a chance that they will adjust it. Or keep checking this board. The wonderful keepers of Universal knowledge on these boards are very good at posting when there is a change of rates. I believe it was MotherFletcher that alerted us to the December deal.

We are going to the RPR in late August. For the longest time, the AAA rates were cheaper, then in early June the APH rates dropped to $30 less. Today, three weeks later, the APH rates are gone but "internet" rates have appeared that are the same as the AAA rates!

Just have to keep checking rates avery week and phone if the price drops!
