I am keeping a close eye on the APH rates for our December weekend(7th to 11th). Just recently the Thurs and Sun nights have dropped $30, i.e. $129 and two nights at $159. Are they likely to drop any furter closer to the date? It is still $20 in total for the 4 nights more than booking the the AAA rate.
Can you book the AAA rate and then change to the APH rate if that does reduce?

Thanks.

I'm pretty surprised to even see the $129 rate still around! I have a feeling we wont be seeing that rate too often after Jan, 07
I have been checking rates for April and man oh man are they high!

Dont forget if it matters to you that the APH rate doesnt get you any loews first benefits, usually. AAA does.

That is a good point actually, though we will have to join our UK AA as well, which we would do. Thanks for the replies.

We've booked for February next year and they said no rate was available as yet. Will I have to ring Universal regularly to see whether there is an AP rate?
