Apartments question

So I know this has been asked a million times, but I still need my own share of clarification lol

So, for those of you who have had the program before (or just know more information than I do). Which is the best apartment complex? Personally, I have my days where I like to party and I have my days where I like to just have a quiet night in, so is Chatham completely boring all the time-or are there some partiers there?

Also, which apartment has the largest closet space and is Vista really run down/average/etc (1-10, 10 being best)?

It's going to be personal preference. But I like Chatham best myself. I've stayed there before, and I hope to stay there again in Aug.

In my opinion, I think Chatham is the best. It is not completely boring. Chatham has its share of parties, just not as much as Vista. Chatham also have the largest closet space (I don't know how big Patterson is) from what I've seen. The less bedrooms your apartment has, the bigger the rooms and closet space. My friend lived in a 3 bedroom and she said my closet (I was in a 2 bedroom) is almost as big as her room. My closet was huge and so was the bathrooms. I know we had double the counter space in bathrooms compared to 3/4 bedrooms. My roommate and I had a lot of clothes, shoes, boxes, and luggage in our closet and we still had a lot of room left. So, if you want a big closet, go for the 1/2 bedroom apartment. I visited some apartments in Vista and in my opinion, I would give it a 6, but I heard they did some refurbishment there so it should be better now.

I lived in chatham in a 2 bedroom apartment and the closets were huge! each bedroom also got its own bathroom and the apartment itself was quite spacious. i thought the apartments were really nice. i've heard patterson is nice too because it's brand new- but there are almost no parties there... Chatham has its share of partying but it can be pretty quiet too. Vista is notorius for parties- that is the loud complex. and whatever you do, don't go into the vista hot tub!! haha (ask anyone who's done the cp and i'm sure they can tell you about it)

Another vote for Chatham!! I lived there in 2007 in a 2-bedroom apt and I loved it. It was quiet, roomy, and clean. There are still parties and things to do, it's just not as loud and in the open as Vista. The closets are HUGE walk-ins. Patterson may be cool too, the only complaint I've heard is having to walk to Chatham to catch the bus. I was in a few apts in Vista but I wasn't crazy about the cleanliness/set up.

Yes, I was in a two bedroom on the second floor with a balcony and they also had them on the third floor. But remember, they don't ask you what floor you want to be on and if you want a balcony or not. They only ask you what complex you want to stay at and how many bedrooms you want.

Vista is notorius for parties- that is the loud complex.

I lived at Vista in 2007 and did not think it was that loud. I even lived up by the main building/office. As for parties, I'm sure they were there but I never heard any near me. I agree with whoever said before that it is a personal preference. I really liked Vista.

I currently live at Chatham and love it!! My apartment is right next to the laundry and also by the tennis courts and pool. Great location.

I requested the first floor and got it - twice! We had a logical reason why we wanted the first floor... but they didn't ask the reason, they just gave it to us.

Cmon why go to Disney and not stay at VISTA? you have to stay at Vista if you want the real experiance. Plus you can walk to Chick-fl-la, Walgreens, Wendys and stuff that is nice. Plus you dont have to transfer busses to get any where

I live in Chatham and I LOVE it. But I have not lived in any other complex so I cannot compare living experiences. I like Chatham because I like how big the apartments are and I love the look of it. However, while I would not want to live in Patterson, I do love the landscape better - it's gorgeous over there! My closet is bigger than I expected and I live in a 4 bedroom apt. We have 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath which is perfectly okay with all of us. I thought I would hate living in a 4-bedroom with only 2 full baths but it's really not bad at all. Also, because we have so many bedrooms, our living room is HUGE! It's wicked spacious which is necessary for 8 people lol. Also, every 4 bedroom apt received a second large refrigerator! It's great having so much space for our food and drinks. We are also second floor level and have a balcony. I have visited Vista and as much as Vista isn't for me, it's not as dirty and disgusting as people play it up to be. The apartments aren't as big as Chatham though.

How loud is Vista really? Would parties keep you up? I'd love to stay at Vista to get a bigger community feel and get to know my neighbors better, but not if every night I can't sleep until 3 when everyone goes home. I'm used to my roommates having friends over late drinking and listening to music and stuff and I've learned to sleep through it but if its every single night, idk about that. haha.

Are the Vista apartments run down or just old?
