Apartments for CP

I had some questions about the apartments for the College Program.

1) Which one would be better to stay in if you like a quieter living environment? I am 21, but I would prefer to stay in an apartment where there is minimal partying/drinking.

2) Are there some apartments that each person can have their own bathroom? If not, what is the maximum number of people that you have to share a bathroom with? I'm pretty picky about sharing bathrooms and am sort of a clean freak.

(Probably a no-brainer question, but I don't want to mispronounce it)
3) How do you pronounce "Chatham?"

I lived in both, neither of them was really THAT noisy. Maybe I was lucky. Plus, sometimes you can't choose which one you go to.

You do have to share your bedroom and bath with at least one other person. I think the most is 4, but I can't remember. The bathrooms are small so it won't be hard to clean them.
