It is out people but there are blackout dates. For example we are travelling 12/10-12/14. It is $149 a night for Wed. and Thurs. at PP and then it goes to $266 night with AP discount for Fri. and Sat. I think I may stay at BWPPI!!! Since it is like $350 less. Decisions, decisions!!!!!!

Can someone tell me what the AP4, AP5 and AP7's are that I keep seeing? Are they for annaul passholders? If so I have quesions...

We used the pin code for booking our trip in Dec for the DLH at 169/night. Sounds like this AP7 thing might get me a slightly better rate. Do you think I could call and get that lower rate?

Also we have our annual passes but we won't be activating them until we arrive in December.

Yes, this rate does sound better. All you have to do is call and see if there is a better rate and let them know you are an AP and want to use the AP7 rate on your reservation if it is better.

I am on hold with them right now. I currently have reservations for Nov 22-24 at the DLH with the PIN code rate. But if these AP rates are better - which sounds like they are - I will be rebooking the package.

see I knew this stupid pin and post card was going to reek havoc on those of us who didnt get one....I found out that so many people booked under the pin code for Oct. that the only rooms they have available for last week of Oct. and 2nd to last week of Oct are the concierge rooms...they are almost full to capacity...Im so mad I could shoot bullets some year of a million dreams...whoohoo

I cant speak for the other dates but DLH for 12/10-12/12 was $159 and GC was $259. Not as good as last year by far. Since staying at PP is going to cost us $520 more than BWPPI for our four nights I am going to stay off site. It's our 10th anniversary too but you can do a lot with $520.

Just got off the phone with reservations. These are the rates I got

PP - $149 standard room
DLH - $159 standard room
GC - $249 standard room

all are per night plus taxes. I only asked about the standard room prices, sorry.

I already had reservations for Nov. 22-25 (3 nights) with the PIN rate. She was able to just go and change the rate from $179 to $159! YAY!!!!! Every little bit helps!!

I jsut went to the disney site and logged on to the annual passholder section. I found the information but can not get to the portion that has the dates and what hotel is available and at what cost. Did they remove it?

You're right, they took the hotel calendar down. What gives??

they did..you have to look under discounts on the main AP page and then click on hotel discounts and it gives a number to call and ask for AP7 rates

Grrrrr. Lynn I am so feeling your pain. I also did not get the postcard/wasn't on the list a couple of weeks ago and just tried booking with AP7.

I checked dates in October, November and December and the only weekend I was able to get was mid-November at PPH. Everything I checked on was concierge only or FULLY booked. Note I did not check ALL weekends during this time period so you may be ok on the weekend you want. Grrrrr.

p.s. my experience is the rate availability calendar doesn't reflect the special AP rates anyway--just the normal AP rack rate.
