I have three trips planned for this year: 3 days, 4 days, and 6 days. I've done all the math and it looks like buying an annual pass is the thing that makes sense for me. I can't find much info on them, though. I know that sometimes there are room discounts, and it seems like I read there are some dining discounts. Where is the best source of information about them? Can you only buy them at WDW or can I get one ahead of time at The Disney Store? If I get one ahead of time and just have the voucher, can I still access the website (I think there is one...) to find out more about discounts? TIA for your help.

Yes you can buy them ahead on time either online at www.disneyworld.com or at your local disney store. I believe the vouchers now have numbes on them so you can access the site. You can save alot of money on your hotel room if the offer a discount code for the time you are there. For example we are staying at POP in 2 weeks for $45 a night!! Great rate if you ask me. Discounts on the resorts are never guarenteed and can change at any moment so you should make your decision to buy one based on the amount of days you will be there and not about discounts... that way if none are offered you will not feel disapointed.
