Can someone else try to log in and try to book a BRP room? It keeps telling me I need a valid adult pass to do so, which I have and am logged in under. Just want to see if it is the system or just me and I should contact Disney and see why I can't do so.

Thanks!

I had the same problem, so I thought. Then I found out I had been using my DS6 AP OPPS

Make sure it is the adult pass. Mine and DS is only one # off.

I even called WDW and they didnt notice I was using the wrong card.

Make sure your AP says Adult 10+, not a child's. They have been making a few too many mistakes recently. My daughter and her hubby bought APs in September (2005) and when we went back in early December (2005), they asked me why they received a renewal notice in the mail. Confused I looked at the back of their APs and sure enough, they were expiring December 14th 2005, exactly 3 months after purchasing them. Of course, it was late and so they all had to head off to DTD to straighten the mess out, without my receipts. The CMs fixed their IDs and even added 3 additional months onto their APs. They were suppose to expire on September 14th 2006, but the CM gave them to December 14th, 2006, which was very nice and made up for the mix up. So if could be a real possibility that your child has the adult pass and you have the child's pass. Let us know how this turns out.

Dh had this problem earlier, but a few minutes later he was able to log-on and book our March trip.

I don't have a child so there is really no chance of having a mixed up pass. I got my friend's pass and compared her numbers to mine and mixed them together and apparently that works just fine. Maybe my pass has a bad code on it (hers was a 6 where mine was a 5, not sure what it means but w did go to 2 different windows at Epcot when we bought them, so maybe mine is off).

Anyways, I can log in now and will be able to book my next trip as soon as they open up the dates for May

You are not alone. I feel your pain. I haven't been able to access the AP site since they changed the log in page some time in late Nov/early Dec. Numerous emails and phone calls to Disney have done no good. No site should be so complicated to access. :sad2:
