Has anyone had SIGNIFICANT difficulty with the Passholder website?

I've tried different browsers, clearing history, etc. and it will only *work* for short amounts of time and then it just won't load at all. I'm not sure if it's my computer or my profile or what, but it's very frustrating! Is it just me?

I purchased an AP while at WDW two weeks ago and received a yellow AP card. This is the first I'm hearing of a website? Could you please direct me? Also, will they mail me new magic bands or do I just use the ones I get with each trip? Many thanks.

You will get new AP MagicBands, after you go on your MDE account and customize them.
