AP voucher via email from MS?

I called today to order our AP's and park hoppers for our upcoming trip. Called about 4:00 - got all 4 passes, but had to do AP's as one transaction and hoppers in another. All good - got confirmation numbers for both of transactions and the CM told me that the information would be emailed to me. Recently when making reservations and such through MS I've noticed that the email tends to come through at the end of their day (around 5:30) so I didn't fret that it wasn't there right away.
I just checked - and still no email confirming the purchase. I have the numbers she gave me - but I'd really like to have something from Disney that I can print out as proof of my purchase in case there's any problem. I'm going to call in the morning - but just wondering if anyone else has had this happen, or if someone can tell me if they actually do email you the confirmation for AP/pass purchases? I know that they have my email address correct - I've gotten emails for all of my other reservations and such just fine.
Thanks so much - the trip is less than 2 weeks away - trying to gather things up as I can so I'm not scrambling at the last moment.
 
I purchased an AP last year, that I still haven't activated. I have the confirmation number, but they never offered to email me a confirmation. They did tell me that is would show up in my member information if I lost the number. With all the "upgrades" they have done lately, I'm thinking I should check up on this too. I guess you and I will both be talking to MS tomorrow,:confused3
 
MS doesn't actually process the passes/tickets. They take the order and pass it on to Disney for processing.

when I ordered mine online. the conf went into my spam.
