AP Voucher Redemption

We arrive at WDW on Sunday Dec. 11th. Were not going to any parks that first evening but I would like to activate our APs that evening.

What time does guest services at Downtown Disney close?

I might have time to head over to Magic Kingdom or Disney Studios to activate our APs but incase we don't, we plan to go to Downtown Disney.

Guest Relations will close when the retail outlets close.

I believe it's 11:30 pm nightly.

I see you're staying at WL. You could easily hop on the boat and go over to the guest relations window at MK to activate them.

That is what I'm hoping to do but we have dinner reservations for 'Ohanas at 7pm and the night of the 11th is MVMCP. Will the guest relations booth be open even though I'm not attending MVMCP that particular evening?
