So, we are heading home in a little over 2 weeks. It looks like goofy dad will not be arriving with us. :(. Am I going to have issues trading our vouchers in without him? He is the holder of the member card. I of course will bring it with me. It would seriously make a bad situation even worse. Thanks for your help!

Depends on the CM, the member is the one that is suppose to exchange the certificates.

The Member must be present with a photo ID. The additional vouchers may only be used for members of the immediate family; those 18 or older must have a photo ID that shows they live at the same address as the Member.

I was afraid of that. All vouchers are for members of our immediate family. It will be myself and our three children. I am very sad and frustrated.

Is the contract only on his name? Or did you mean, he's just the one with the card?

My DD and her BF went to WD in 2009 for a graduation from college trip. Before I got her ticket I called Guest services to see what she would need to pick up her voucher. They told me that she needed to bring my Membership card. Its been a few years but it seems there was a little confusion at Guest services but she got her voucher.

I would email Disney and tell them the situation. That way you can print out the response back and take it with you when you turn in your vouchers.

Our daughters were able to use their vouchers on their own..without either my husband or I there...in May. I had called Member Services ahead of time, who told me to send the girls with their vouchers, their driver's licenses, my DVC member card and a copy of my driver's license. They had no trouble at all.
