AP upgrade ?

My family and I just got back home from DLR on Saturday. I am pretty sure we will be going back within a year. We have one day left on our 5 day PH tickets which expires 4/1/08. Can I still upgrade to AP on these now that I am home? Or is that something you have to do while visiting the park? (didn't even know upgrading was an option until I saw someone else ask about it and I was already home from our trip)

You will have to upgrade before you leave. They won't let you upgrade the day after the last day you used your ticket.

No, I only got the 5day PH because the 2 days were free, and we spent a few hours in the park the day we left to use the 4th day. We live a 7 hour drive away. I was planning on going back in Jan 2009, not next week... lol Although I WISH I could. I guess I didn't research this situation enough before we left, because I wasn't sure how my 2yr old, sensitive child would react to crowds and lines and attractions. Now that I know she can handle it and enjoyed herself I will go forward with plans of returning.

You know, why don't you call them and ask. We were allowed to upgrade after we had used all 4 days of our park hoppers BUT we were also upgrading at the ticket window. Not sure but if you've got a day left you should call and ask. You might get good news.

Like the previous poster said, it doesn't hurt to call and ask but I have asked this very same question to the disneyland website, they wrote back and said unfortunately you must upgrade while you are at the park before your last day. But still give them a call, you never know.
