AP Upgrade - using two tickets?

Hi! I have two, unused tickets in my MDE account (a 6-day PH and a discounted 6-day PH with WP&M). Can I use the value of BOTH of these tickets to upgrade to one AP? Or can I only use one of them to upgrade? Thanks!
