We currently have unactivated Gold APs which we bought with our blue card benefits. We are needing to upgrade our APs from Gold to Platinum due to our Christmas reservations.
Through a hotel package we also have unused 2 day park tickets that we bought with a hotel stay on a visit we did on cash. I just wanted to confirm that we could go to guest services at a park before entering and upgrade our APs using the 2 day park tickets? If the 2 day park tickets were more than the upgrade fee will they issue a refund?
