AP Strategy help needed

So, we are headed to WDW next week. We will not arrive at MK until 10ish AM. We need to activate our APs, but worried about LONG LINES at Guest Relations. We are staying at Saratoga Springs. What would be the fastest way to activate?

If you are arriving the day before your MK day, you could activate them at the Disney Ticket Center in Disney Springs.

Unfortunately not, rolling in hot from MCO. Not sure if we can activate them at the hotel??

The hotels can't activate APs. If you are driving to the MK and parking at the TTC, you can activate them at any theme park ticket window.

If you activate at Disney Springs the day before you go to a park, is the expiration based on the day you activate at Disney Springs or the day you enter the park?

Under most circumstances, the expiration date is set upon first use.

you can activate only at a park or Disney Springs. however, I believe that you can activate them at the ticket windows and not just Guest Relations.

If you're just activating, you don't need guest relations, any window that sells tickets can do it.
