I have an Annual Pass Exchange Certificate which I originally purchased right before 911. DH & I cancelled our trip so I held on to them. They are the actual green plastic type card. I am having trouble entering the numbers correctly to access the AP site. My numbers go like this:
WTS: 123 Tr: 1 1234 I followed the suggestions from a previous post, but nothing is working. I called and they said it should work. To be honest CRO wasn't much help. They said their computers were updated just this week??? TIA FYi...they cost me $334 at the time :cheer2:

I'm having the same problem and I just got my exchange cert in the mail yesterday. I can't get to the web site. It gives me the same response. :confused3 Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I ordered my pass online yesterday at 2:30pm EST. At 4:30pm EST I called (407) 566-4985 and asked for my voucher number. I was given WDW XXX 07 11 05 XXX. I just used that on the passholder site and got right in. Hopes this helps.

you have to use the last 3 digits after Tr: worked just fine for me after that...thanks a bunch!!! :goodvibes

2345 should work in the last box on the log in page. That was the box I was having trouble with also.
Good Luck,

mine has mm/dd/yyyy then LLL:123 tr: 45 67

I only entered the 67 into the last box and it worked--not all 4#'s. Does that make sense? I also had trouble getting on at all with my Mac using Safari. I have to use our pc laptop. I also had trouble when I went back on--the computer saved my #'s but changed the year to 2005 instead of 05. I have to redo that everytime.

OK...here is the answer I got from Ticket Services....
I can not access the site due to the age of my voucher(exhange certificate). I would have to activate the voucher in order to use it. Which doesn't make much sense to me. I would have to fly down, activate the card, come home and try to get an AP rate for a later vacation which would use time on my now activated card..LOL. OR...I can turn this one in and get credit towards the purchase of a new one! Why would I want to do that? This card has NO expiration..why should I pay more for a newer card? As far as I am concerned...they should have been able to give me an updated access number to use for a short period of time just to make some ressies. Disney should never have to say "I'm sorry". :sad2:

I'm not an AP holder, so don't know the ins and outs, but shouldn't they offer to just give you an updated voucher number that wouldn't be activated, but you could use to book AP rates? When they say "get credit," shouldn't they mean if you turn in your old voucher, they should give you an new unactivated voucher in exchange? That way, you'd just have an updated version of what you already have.

Well, like others have said in other situations, keep calling until you find a CM that gives you what you want. :) Good luck!

Tink
