Hi,
I just got my Annual Exchange Certificate and tried to log on to the passholder section. Everything was fine until I got to the last line where it wanted a TR # that was 1-5 numbers long. Well, mine has 8 numbers! How can I get on?

Make sure you are clicking on the correct option for the ticket ( there are 3 on the site )

Each one looks for a different number so that could be the problem.

Make sure you are checking the one for the exchange certificate. The 1st option is for once you have picked the pass up.

It got fixed. I called them and I was walked through step by step. Had to do things totally differently from how the site explained.
