AP Room Question.

I have an annual pass and know that I can get up to 3 rooms with my reservation, but the other people in my party are arriving a day later than we are so we were required to do 2 separate reservations. When I called to book the 2nd reservation, I was told that I can’t have 2 different reservations under my name. Is this true? Has anyone had to do this? I don’t want the other people in my party to arrive and get screwed on the room rate. Any ideas of how to guarantee that we get the AP rate on both rooms?

TIA
