Yes, when you check-in ask them to place the tickets to be on paper tickets for a future use. They should not expire and can be used to upgrade your annual pass at a later date.

Yup, still keeping my fingers crossed for Monday! We've got ressies for June 17th right now, and I'd like to change them to the AP rate, and possible move from ASMo to a Mod.

We're in the SAME boat! It doesn't make sense to me to get a 1 day pass when we have APs and plan on getting them next year too. Knowing me, I would lose the 1 day passes

I'm the same way...But now I put all our Disney info (APs, DDE card, Rewards Card) in our safe. Got to keep all that important Disney stuff safe!!!

I suppose it doesn't matter that much, because I'm not even sure that we'll be needing another room, but if we get a really good AP rate, then I might just have to convince my family to switch to staying on property all together...

I have a question (on my own thread .) We're staying in a Deluxe Concierge level room at the Boardwalk this summer. When we've used AP rates in the past they've never been for a room of this cost/level. Do the rates normally include these types of rooms, or are they excluded from any sort of discount? Thanks!

I think it depends if they offer them or not.
I used an ap rate on AKL CL once...a few years ago now though.

I think sometimes you still have to pay the different between the room levels. So you can get a discount on a standard room, but still have to pay the difference between standard and concierge.

I am really hoping for the AP rates to come out tomorrow too!!!

I would love to switch my AKV Kidani Village ressie for June 25-29 to the POLY!! Even though we are DVC'ers we would love to stay at the POLY. It would be our first time there. Also I can save our points for my family to use on our big trip in Nov. for our vow renewal at WDW!!!!

I'm here to join the waiting crew. I am taking my daughter on her 16th Birthday Trip in July, which will connect with our family vacation. We are doing a split stay, but hoping the AP rate comes out so we can get some discount on our 13 night trip!

I know historically it is early May, but the rates for April through June 6 were released a few weeks early this year, so I'm hoping ours will come early too! It's times like these I wish I weren't a teacher Now I have to give DH explicit instructions as to what he needs to do

Yes, a PP mentioned they heard from a reliable source that it would be on April 20. Hopefully they're not just teasing us

Historical Info:
2008 AP room only rates for 3/30-5/21 released on 2/20/08
2008 AP room only rates for 5/26 - 8/2 released on 5/7/08

So far this year:
2009 AP room only rates for 4/19-6/6 released on 2/18/08

So actually, they've changed the span of dates because last year it was a rate good for May-August

She said she couldn't say, Then I asked spy like questions to get her to talk, she said If not tomorrow, in the next three days for AP Resort discount and possible room only discount. She kept saying very, very close, I think she acted more like in the next three days, Wed 23 is Earth Day, maybe that day, either way it's this week according to her. Exciting, At least it's coming to a close, so everyone here can relax and enjoy the anticipation for Disney.
