AP Room Only Discount

Does anyone know if there is a specific time of day these and other Disney discounts usually get announced? They announced the first 2 AP Room discounts so early this year I am just getting impatient for my dates (mid-august) so I check multiple times throughout the day hahah. Just wondering if I only need to check in the mornings (if that is when they announce them).
