AP renewals..several Q's?

We leave in 13 days..trying to wrap up loose ends. We will be renewing our AP's over the phone before we leave. I was told I can upgrade family's Power AP to PAP for $99...anyone ever done this? Will we get an email voucher or what?

I'm assuming we'll have to stop at the kiosk, but I can't remember where it is by IOA..anyone?

Finally, will we need to bring our old passes, or will we have to take new pictures and get new passes?

Will we get an email voucher or what? Can't help you there with the price question, but we have always gotten vouchers when ordering.

I'm assuming we'll have to stop at the kiosk, but I can't remember where it is by IOA..anyone? They give you a "ticket" for admission. Go go thru the regular turnstyles and head over to Guest Relations or whatever they call it. The person at the turnstyle can tell you exactly where to go.

Finally, will we need to bring our old passes, or will we have to take new pictures and get new passes? We always had to bring the old passes, acording to them, so we did. But that was a year and a half ago. I would probably bring them to be on the safe side.

Update:

I renewed our AP's over the phone last night. The best part...NO WAITING in line for vouchers at the kiosk or for new pictures. It's all electronic now...11 days and we are there!

Oh, DD was NOT as thrilled with this news as I was:

This is the first year we have bought the annual passes.
I have one without blackout dates, and with savings, whilst DD and DH have the others.
How much is it to renew?
Also, if we were lucky enough to get back to Florida before they expire, can we upgrade DH's and DD's so that we can use them at Christmas / New Year?
How much would that cost if possible?
As it is their's expires 29th Jan but mine is April - one of the 15 months passes.
