AP renewal ?

I got my AP renewals in the mail. I got the tickets to exchange when I get to WDW. I knew that's what I would get...BUT

It says on the ticket it can only be exchanged at MGM, Epcot, AK and the TTC!

I can't get it exchanged at MK?

We were planning on arriving early Sunday morning to take advantage of EE at MK.

Do the boat and monorail run from the TTC for early entry? We were hoping to take the bus from BC to MK.

Any ideas on how to get to the TTC from BC besides driving?

Guest services, to the right side of the entrance to MK, does handle AP vouchers to tickets. Was there two weeks ago.
