AP renewal...

Has anyone in the past month been able to renew at the old rate? I read on several message boards people have been able to keep their old rate but when I called last week to ask, I was told no, only up to a certain point was that allowed. My ap is up for renewal next week and I'm
finding it unfair that only certain people could keep their old rate and newer members can't.

How recently did you read that? I read a report here that someone was able to do that, but it was within weeks of the increase... in other words, the person's renewal window had begun before the price increase but the date that they actually chose to renew was after the increase, but they were told by a CM that they were eligible for the old price. I haven't read anything recently and I would almost certainly doubt it would be possible this late in the game.

I was told when I called the day before the increase they would let you renew at the old price until Jul 1.
