Is notification ususally via email/post?

Mine expired on the 17th of December and i haven't had anything from them email or letter through the post.
I was wondering if they are still offering the 6 months free to renewals. I am going next week so will find out then.

They're being their usual consistent selves then for us valued customers

I may email them in between, but an update when you're back would be appreciated.

I didn't get mine until a couple of weeks until after it expired! I had asked in the office when we there a couple of weeks before so we got the offer anyway.

I sent an email to guest servies and asked about the 6 months free. I have just had an email back to say that as long as i renew by the 16th of January(within 1 month of expiry) then i am entitled to the offer.
I have printed it off and plan to take it with me next week.

We got our letter in Sept, after the pass was due to expire (we had already renewed), but when we renewed it we were told the 6 months free was standard on all renewals so hopefully you would get your 6 months free, although even better if you get it in writing from them
