Forgot I have to renew my AP(just expired) used to do online but do not see a spot to do that is the only way to renew is to call MS now? will not be down before the 30 after expiring so have to renew in the next week or so...thanks for any info...:goodvibes

You don't renew through MS, you renew through the passholder website. Once you log into the passholder website it will recognize that your pass is a DVC member pass. There is a place to renew there. (This is all assuming that you registered your AP when purchased.) If you had not registered it, you may still be able to, but not sure since it's expired. Once you renew, if should show DVC renewal price and all of the rest is the same old stuff. I always choose the willcall voucher so that I can just print it and bring it with me to the window when I pick up my new pass. There is no extra cost printing the willcall voucher. Hope that helps.

Hey, wanted to mention, have you crunched your numbers to see if the price of a renewal is the best deal. I noticed your ticker says 8 months...?? Your renewal date is the same date your current AP expires, so will you get the best use out of renewing. We always renew because we always go the same times each year.

Well the reason I came here to ask is I went to passholder site it saw welcome Carol but no renewal prices for DVC so tried to reregister passes(have had for many years and renew Oh had trouble last year not being able to renew online and so did a lot of others, it showed renewal prices but they would say something like that night not available) anyway will not let me enter pass info on line either...I linked thru DVC site and entered disney passholder address and knows my name but no renewal info... Oh and about ticker that is old... we are going down the end of Feb and we go for 3 weeks in March and 3 weeks in Oct/Nov so annual pass is the way to go for us...but thanks for pointing that out... for years I had no problem renewing online I could even renew way before the 30 day window if they were raising the prices before I was set to renew , which lately is very common.. but last year the site was all screwed up and I had to call MS....I was hoping they had fixed things but I guess not... Thanks:goodvibes

Well you sound like you know the ropes!! I too could not renew online last year either. I just renewed last month, but did it in person since I was there. Well, I would've hoped they had fixed the "renewal" part of the passholder site, but I guess I was expecting too much. You can call the passholder number and renew over the phone, but if you're like me, you would rather do it online (or in person). Sorry I couldn't be any help. Hope you get it sorted out. I guess there are not alot of folks who are not locals who renew. I almost always renew, except when we got those 15 month renewals a few years back....it threw my schedule off. Post back if you find any new information!

Yes that is exactly when I last renewed online too with the 15 months extension and then last year I could not renew online tried for months...and was hoping this year someone had figured it out... mine expired Jan 26 and I will not be down there until Feb 28 so I guess I will just have to call....I looked all over on the DVC site and clicked thru but never could find renewal... Thanks so much for your input I will keep searching and maybe see if I can find more info... :goodvibes
