AP Renewal Question

DH, the kids and I are headed to WDW in a little less than two weeks for a long weekend. We have about a 6 1/2 hour drive to Disney and we should arrive around 7:00 pm on Thursday, October 13th. I just renewed my AP this week and I am booked with an AP rate at the WL. I received the exchange certificate in the mail yesterday. What are my options as far as exchanging the certificate for my new AP at 7 pm? Can I do this with the concierge staff at WL? Do I need to go to guest relations at one of the parks? What is my best bet in this situation?

The certificate will be enough to satisfy the front desk for the AP rate when you check in.

You can then convert your certificates at any ticket window, guest relation office or resort concierge.
