AP renewal notice

Our annual passes expire Oct 1 but we have yet to receive a renewal notice. I thought they usually arrived about a month ahead of time. Can anyone confirm or deny this timing please? Should I call and inquire or give it another week or so?

It's usually about a month for those that actually receive a letter. Not everyone does for one reason or another. The letter is not required to renew either in person or over the phone.
