AP Redemption Question

Hi all...

Quick question.

I'm considering pre-paying for our AP's with our DVC discount online (trying to prepay as much of our May vacation as possible!)

Do I understand correctly, though, that our AP's will be good from our FIRST day in the park and not from TODAY, if I buy them early? The 365 days STARTS when we take the certificate to Guest Services, right?

Just want to make sure I don't lose days buy prepaying.

Because Disney have a habit of raising the price of AP's early in the year.

No, I don't think that's true. It seems to me that the dates vary every year. They like to keep us on our toes.....or more money in their coffers.

Disney last raised their prices in June or July of last year so I think it unlikely that there will be another price increase before May.
