My husband and I are going to DW for our 1st anniversary in Sep thru early October. Is it worth buying an AP in the hopes that they will come out with a discount rate or would I be safer just using the AAa discount..we would like to stay in a deluxe resort but worried about budgeting..Hakuna Matata

You don't need to have the AP in order to make the reservation, just to check-in.
I would book what you can afford with the AAA rate and then wait and see what the AP rates are like. AP rates for September 2004 came out in August last year.

Well one thing is for sure don't buy an AP for the hopes of a discount because they are not guaranteed.

Always book what you can afford so you won't be disappointed.
