AP rates in October?

We have ressies for October at the Beach Club.....AAA rate at this point. I am wondering what kind of rate folks got who stayed last year. We have water view right now....but would consider concierge if the price is right. I have also read lots on these boards about people getting room upgrades....does this happen a lot?
