AP rates for Vero Beach in August?

It's difficult to find out if there are any special rates for VB resort or villas for dates in August. There seems to be a Burnbaum's (sp?) rate out there but I can't even find out what rack rates are? I've been trying the Disney site, but VB isn't listed.

I have seen AP rates for Vero a few times, but they were always listed as a separate offer on the Passholder Offers page, not included in the offers for the WDW resorts.
