AP rates for Value resorts in April/May

Sorry the search is down right now ...

I'm working on a possible 2004 trip at the end of April, beginning of May. I was just wondering what AP rates people have got in the past for value resorts. Are AP rates at value resorts harder to get than AP rates at deluxe or moderates ... I know that those rates aren't guaranteed but was just curious.

The AP rates for that time of year for the past couple of years have ranged from $49-$69 US dollars. I have been traveling to disney for the past 10 years at this time of year and have always checked the value prices just incase.
I must say at that time of the year you can also get a standard room at the Yacht Club for $179-$229. Which is what I always do due to its location ,great pool , and beautiful grounds and site.
Moderate hotels at that time of the year range from $79-$99 with AP rate.

I would of sent them to that chart as well however they were specifically asking for prices and unfortunately that chart does not give prices it only tells you what type of discount was out and the time frame it lasted. Since I have been there in May for the past 10 years the last couple of years it has been as I have stated.

ellieb, I'm considering the value resorts because we're going to try and get out to Discovery Cove ... although, I'm still not sure if it's something that I really really want to do. I would love to stay at YC ... I think the location is perfect and Stormalong Bay looks awesome! However, my boyfriend is a huge AKL fan so that's where we've been staying the last few times. Oh well... maybe it's something that I can talk him into
