AP Rates for October-November

Do you know when they will be announcing the AP discount rate for accommodations in late October - November?

Are they having trouble filling rooms for October and November this year? If not, they may not need to announce any discounts.

Historically, they have been out at the end of the month (25th maybe?), but that's not ever cut in stone. Until I see some completion of the other half of POP, hear of plans for new resorts, or hear people start saying they can't get rooms even at the regular rate (yes, I know some couldn't with discounts..but those rooms are limited), read where people are having real problems making dinner reservations, or hear about Disney doing more rehiring, I'll assume they'll still be making the AP announcment. I know of at least two people who have been told they are in the system, but I personally don't think the CM's really know, until the night before.
I know up here in NYS, where gas is about to hit $3.00 a gallon, even the local tourist places are feeling the hit of less people, so I wonder if that will have an impact on filling rooms at Disney.

Real dumb question.
Best rate for AP is out on the website, I know it's less that 120 days, but if you call, do they not have them there also?

With new procedure, will have to see what happens!!
