AP Rates for after June 2

You would save 15% during your time frame and I think the cost to join AAA is $50. So at about a $15 a day savings times 6 nights? minus the cost of membership.

The problem is it will be next to impossible to get a AAA rate at this point.

There are only a certain # of rooms allotted for AAA discounts. What PolyAddict likely meant is that those AAA discounted rooms are probably long gone. Doesn't hurt to call and ask, but we don't want you getting your hopes up and being disappointed.

Well, never say never, but it doesn't look too good for any kind of discounts for June. You can always call "just in case" there's a pin code attached to your name or your household (never hurts to ask). I can guarantee you that IF a code becomes available, you'll read it on Disboards within minutes of its release!! So keep checking the Codes & Rates threads!

Yes, I agree. For those who remember, June 06 was basically passed up last year.

"In betting on the NFL, the trend is your freind."..That being said, my analogy goes this way,

BEFORE last year, the trend was AP rates were out the FIRST wednesday in May for June, July & August.

LAST YEAR, when no AP rates were released the first Wednesday of May, that was THE RED FLAG that nothing was coming for June.

Sadly, I think the same trend is now going to happen this year. No AP Room Dicsounts for June. I feel bad for those who are going in June. Last year, we went in June for the first time because of an August wedding and we didnt get an AP discount. Thankfully, we got AAA Discount.

This year we are back to August. I feel good about those going in July and August in hopes of getting a AP Discount.

We have now passed 2 wednesdays in May. It will be June for the July and August discounts.

My advice to all....book something NOW. 9 of 10 times your reservation can be converted. If you are shut out, at least you have your reservation and you are going to WDW.

I'm really confused. I just checked the AP section of the WDW site and there are no discounts offered after May 16th. Where are you getting the June 2nd date? I would love to squeeze a trip in next weekend.

I got the June 2nd date from the Disboards and Mousesavers. We are booked for a Memorial Day Weekend from 5-23 to 5-28 at POP with the AP Rate. (preferred lcoation for 96.75 per night.) Had no problem getting the AP rate, but again that was a month ago that we booked.

BUT, AP rates are out till June 2.
