AP Rates & Discounts post 4/17

Does anybody know when the AP Rates & Discount Codes come out for post 4/17/03 booking dates?

2/12 to 4/17 came out on 1/2, so I would not expect 4/18 - ? before March. Last year that time period did not come out until the last minute.

A Disney phone operator told me today, he thought end of April.
