I just got Grand California Theme Park View for $279 a nite the end of August!!! I saved $400 off my previous deal of 4th night free!

Dang I got charged $100 because my original booking was booked through Disney Travel and was considered a "package" even though there were no tickets with it...Oh well I saved $300

We are going on a Thu/Fri night.
We want to stay at the GC.

That still seems so expensive, especially when I'm staying at HoJo's for 69$ a night with the ent rate. Are the perks worth the extra $$?

That's my question, I love DLH and if they had the AP rate there for our dates I wouldn't think twice about it. I also have the 69 HOJO rate, so now I have to decide if I want to splurge on Concierge at PP, it is a good rate for what it is.....

This is tough! Honestly, I think that the buy 3 nights get 4th free works out a little better pricewise for PP and DLH. The package we tentatively booked for PP was appx $680 including taxes for 9/9 - 9/13 (city view). It includes all the extras (preferred seating @ shows, discount book, etc). After taxes, the same 4 nights under the AP4 promotion runs about $630. And preferred seating is a big one for us ... hmmm.

Thinking of staying just 4 nights at concierge level for DLH (pool view) @ $209 per night. Good thing we booked HOJO too, we have plenty of time to decide

I know its not quite on topic, but I'm currently trying to book a room at the Ramada Inn Maingate, with an AP discount. How do I do that?

OK, I booked PP congierge for 169. I also have DLH at 149 for a standard view room no concierge. What would you guys do?

I'm leaning towards PP because we've never stayed there and we would be able to use the concierge club but am not sure if it will be as great as the DLH. Its a surprise trip for my 7 year old, he thinks we're going to stay at a priceline hotel.

I just booked DLH for early September for $149/night. We can't wait to take DDs to the pool there.

Well crap, you all forced me to call. I was very happy and content with my $99 ent. rate for a Queen Suite at the HoJo this November. But now I have ressies at the DLH for $149. Now I face months of trying to decide which to cancel!

I guess I should call and see what rate they will give us for the GCH during our stay. If it's not much more than we are paying for the BWPPI, we may do it since it will be a long time before we ever think about doing that again...

I got a really good deal at the GCH... I never thought we would be able to afford to stay there, It is usually almost $400. per night for a park view room!

Really? I just asked for the AP rate.... and I got the super cheap rate. Huh, weird..... But I had the gay days rate before hand, and I told the guy that I heard the AP rates had just come out.

I just called back to see if there would be a difference between the "AP" rate and the "AP4" rate. The CM I just talked to said that the best rate she could give me at the DLH was $221 (even though I just booked 10 minutes ago at $149)!

She put me on hold and talked to her supervisor, then came back and said AP4 rates would not become available until approx. 30 days in advance.

Just goes to show you that you really need to keep calling back until you get the answer YOU want.
