AP rates and concierge?

I have searched the forums and couldn't find an answer to a couple of questions I have. First, have the AP rates for February 2013 already come out? If not, when do they usually come out? And, lastly, we wanted to stay at DLH with concierge. Do AP rates include concierge rooms?

Thanks all. It has been a while since I visited these forums and even then it was for DisneyWorld and DCL. I am excited to finally be going back to DisneyLand after five years .

I just checked, and it looks like they have AP rates through March posted.
There are 3 levels available....standard, view or concierge.

I called and was told the AP rates right now are 10% off. Don't they usually offer at least 20% off in the off season? I *think* that is what I got last time but I can't remember to be sure.

Now I don't know if I should purchase an AP and book my room through Disney OR book a vacation package and save $ on the flight? Will the AP rate change within the next month or so?

Gah, I hate the thought of overpaying but it does kind of make the challenge of booking a trip a little more fun .
