I think the AP rates are only out up to 6/10/17.

Sorry, I saw someone else posted they are out up to 8/31/17. Still not September. I'm waiting for September too.

When will the AP rates be out for late October?

Last year it was June 6. Free Dining came out within a day of last year's deal (April 25, 2016 vs April 24, 2017), so I'd expect a similar timeline.
