AP rate at GC????

How much is the saving for AP rates at GC? We upgraded last week and would like to go the week before Christmas or mid-March.

I think it's usually only 10%, but can be much higher (closer to 50%?). Finding AP rates lower than 10% during busy periods seems to be a matter of luck.
