My husband and son can not come on a trip in August can I take their tickets they didn't use from last trip they didnt go on and upgrade them to APs for me and my daughter? They are 6 day PH never used

If the tickets are completely unused then you should be able to reassign them to you and your daughter, and upgrade them to APs.
