Is there anywhere other than the 4 theme parks that you can start up your AP....the one that is bought at the Disney Store? If not, we will start ours when we get there.

Any of the guest services at the theme parks or at DTD.

But, keep in mind that once you activate your AP voucher to the real pass it will be active and your "year" for the AP will start ticking... so you probably want to wait until the day you are going to the parks to activate it.
