My son and I are frequent visitors, so I purchased annual passes last summer to WDW. They expire at the end of July 2013. We are going to Disneyland in March. I would like to upgrade to the AP which includes the Disneyland parks. My questions are: can I upgrade to this pass from my current pass? Will I have to pay the full amount or will it be prorated for the time I have left on my existing pass? Thanks for any help.
Any level of AP can be upgraded to the Disney Premier Passport at any time during the year. You will pay the difference between the current price of the DPP and the current price of the AP you are upgrading from. There is no proration of price. And the expiration date of the DPP will be the same as the expiration date of the AP you are upgrading from.
