If I buy my APs early but they are not activated will I still receive special AP mailing?

You won't start receiving the Mickey Monitor until after your passes are activated.

Heres a site with the current MM and they are good about getting up soon after it is mailed!
The site is ThemeParks.com,when you arrive,click WDW Index scan down the list and you will find the current copy of the Mickey Monitor!
