I am having trouble logging on to the ap site. I have a 2 park preferred AP. The pin is plain as day. Is the passholder Id just my name? I've tried that & it didn't work. Blah....

On my pass (plastic with picture) it has the ID # and PIN. I don't know how the paper passes are set up.

Now a new problem. When I click "update account" it brings me to a new page and asks me to log in again. When I try I get the message:
An Error Was Encountered.

The plastic cards are only being issued for Premier Passes and Preferred Passes that are renewing. If you have a plastic card with your picture now, you can keep that pass but if you lose it, you will get a pass that looks like a regular ticket.

I don't have any problems with the website. I know you have to put in your information twice to get to the update information area.
