Now a new problem. When I click "update account" it brings me to a new page and asks me to log in again. When I try I get the message:
An Error Was Encountered.
We're sorry, this Annual Pass cannot be renewed at this time.

Um...I'm not trying to renew! I am trying to update my info.
The plastic cards are only being issued for Premier Passes and Preferred Passes that are renewing. If you have a plastic card with your picture now, you can keep that pass but if you lose it, you will get a pass that looks like a regular ticket.
I don't have any problems with the website. I know you have to put in your information twice to get to the update information area.
